We’re looking for a motivated User Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of paid growth for our Adult & Dating vertical. You’ll run acquisition campaigns across native and affiliate networks, brief and test ad creative, build and optimise landing pages, and drive performance against clear CPA and ROAS targets. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and room to grow, reporting directly to the vertical lead.
RESPONSIBILITIES• Plan, launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain) and additional networks as the vertical scales• Optimise daily — monitor performance, manage budgets and adjust bids, targeting and placements to hit aggressive growth and ROI targets• Own the creative pipeline: brief, test and iterate on titles, images and video together with the design and content teams• Build and A/B test landing pages and advertorials to improve the conversion funnel• Analyse campaign data (CPA, ROAS, LTV) using Excel and internal BI tools, and prepare clear performance reports• Ensure all campaigns comply with each platform’s content and advertising policies
REQUIREMENTS• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, or a related field• Hands-on experience with at least one advertising platform — Native (Taboola/Outbrain), Facebook/Meta, or affiliate• English B2+ (written and spoken)• Strong Excel skills and comfort with campaign reporting and budget management• Analytical mindset and attention to detail• Self-motivated, proactive and a quick learner — comfortable working within the adult & dating space• Location: Ukraine or other Eastern European / post-Soviet countries
