We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing professional to lead our growth efforts. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of user acquisition campaigns in different platforms (paid social and additional channels as we scale), focusing on growth while maintaining a high level of technical precision and creative experimentation.Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage high-impact paid acquisition campaigns primarily across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other channels.
- Optimization & Scaling: Monitor performance daily, managing budgets efficiently to hit aggressive growth targets and maximize ROI.
- Data Analysis: Use analytical tools and internal BI systems to extract insights, identify trends, and pivot strategies based on hard data (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
- A/B Testing: Design and execute continuous testing on creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to optimize the conversion funnel.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with design and content teams to define high-impact messaging that aligns with our digital brand.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition within a B2C or high-growth environment in Meta platform. Additional experience in other platforms is a plus.
- Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. German language knowledge is a big advantage.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, build performance reports, and turn insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who is comfortable owning their domain and moving fast in a dynamic startup environment.
