Product Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Operations Specialist to support our product team with essential operational tasks and insights gathering. This role is ideal for someone with a background in content management, basic HTML, and document organization, who also enjoys diving into customer feedback and user behavior to help the team make informed product decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Release Support: Assist in coordinating product releases by preparing and organizing release notes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Content Updates: Edit and update internal templates, web pages, and other product-related documents as needed.
  • Customer Insights: Review customer support tickets to identify recurring issues, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement, and communicate insights to the product team.
  • User Behavior Analysis: Watch and analyze user session recordings (e.g., Hotjar) to observe user behavior and flag any potential issues or improvement areas
  • Basic HTML Editing: Make minor updates to web and email templates in HTML, ensuring content is accurate and visually aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Documentation and Organization: Maintain organized records of content, templates, and insights to ensure consistency and easy access for the team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in an operations or support role, ideally with exposure to content management, customer insights, or product updates.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML (for editing templates) and experience with content management systems (CMS).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure all updates and insights are accurate and high quality.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to identify patterns and insights from customer feedback and user session recordings.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to write clearly and summarize findings for the product team.Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with customer support platforms, session recording tools (e.g., Hotjar), or content management tools.
  • Experience in a B2C or subscription-based environment.
