Responsibilities:
- Setting, optimizing and scaling campaigns on Taboola and Outbrain in order to achieve company goals
- Identifying trends in real-time and taking action accordingly
- Generate performance reports for all major metrics, goals and KPIs
- Provide creative suggestions and ad ideas
- Run ongoing A/B Testing on different activity parameters
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing performance-based campaigns on Outbrain and Taboola.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale advertising budgets ($250K+) and delivering successful results.
- Experience in B2C campaign management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, Vlookup, and advanced formulas for data manipulation and analysis.
- A can-do approach, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
