Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Setting, optimizing and scaling campaigns on Taboola and Outbrain in order to achieve company goals
  • Identifying trends in real-time and taking action accordingly
  • Generate performance reports for all major metrics, goals and KPIs
  • Provide creative suggestions and ad ideas
  • Run ongoing A/B Testing on different activity parameters

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing performance-based campaigns on Outbrain and Taboola.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale advertising budgets ($250K+) and delivering successful results.
  • Experience in B2C campaign management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, Vlookup, and advanced formulas for data manipulation and analysis.
  • A can-do approach, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
