As a Marketing Analyst your role will be to:

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and stakeholders in department.
  • Use advanced analytics, data mining and BI tools to execute top-notch marketing analyses to identify patterns and trends from multiple large data sets and capture the full activity.
  • Translate business questions and requirements to structure analyses and accordingly define suitable methods, metrics and solutions to establish and monitor success and explain the impact of the activities.
  • Be an analytical focal point for the marketing department monitoring new user performance, user acquisition efforts as well as marketing tests, while proactively identifying gaps or opportunities.
  • Design and implement reporting dashboards that track important metrics and performance trends, enabling the marketing team to make more informed decisions.
  • Deliver valuable outputs, recommendations, guidelines, conclusions and insights.
  • Plan, build and maintain BI reports for the different marketing teams and senior management in order to monitor & give insights on the marketing activity (for example, LTV, ROI projection)

Key Requirements

  • +3 years of experience in Online marketing analytics, performance marketing, experimentation, A/B tests, and evaluation of marketing campaigns on multiple platforms.
  • Ability to represent complex information in easily understood visualizations (including Tableau, Excel (can perform complex functions)).
  • Proficiency in online marketing metrics and terminology, including CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, etc Advanced proficiency in SQL enabling comprehensive database querying, complex data manipulation, and insightful analysis
  • Highly experienced with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Periscope). for building regular reports/dashboards to track multiple channel performance.
  • Ability to communicate the analytical story clearly to executives, channel owners, and partners, and influence strategic business decisions.
  • Analytical, and problem-solving skills; must be very comfortable with data analysis and driving decision-making.
