Apomictical (Apomeds) is looking for a bright passionate, agile and highly motivated Head of User Acquisition to join our Marketing team.

Apomedical is an online pharmacy and doctor service platform that’s reshaping the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing development and execution of marketing strategies to achieve user growth objectives and improve the funnel CVR.
  • Setting, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns from all channels to hit the company goals
  • Track and identify market trends and competitor’s strategies in a real-time and take action accordingly
  • Generate performance reports for all major metrics, goals, and KPIs Run ongoing A/B Testing on different activity parameters
  • To initiate new methods and seek new channels and opportunities to meet our potential customers in the right spot.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing performance-based campaigns on Search, Native, and Social
  • 2+ years of managerial experience in performance teams
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale advertising budgets ($1M+ / Month) and delivering successful results.
  • Experience in B2C campaign management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, Vlookup, and advanced formulas for data manipulation and analysis.
