About the Job:
We are looking for a German speaker for a “Customer service Agent”.
Previous experience in customer service is a must.
German has to be fluent in written and spoken form.
Good knowledge of the English language.
Nordic languages are a big plus.
Located in Austria.
Somebody ready for a long time commitment.
Responsibilities:
Support via EMail, Telephone, Live-Chat, and Whatsapp.
Working across different departments (i.e., our pharmacies)
