We are looking for a proactive, delivery-oriented Content Manager to join the Content Team. This isn’t just a writing role; it is a production and coordination role. The successful candidate will act as the “engine” of our content output, ensuring that research is thorough, processes are followed, and deadlines are met across multiple brand channels.Must-Have Requirements
  • Native-Level English: Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Process Experience: Basic understanding of the content lifecycle (Briefing > Production > Review > Publishing).
  • Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage their own calendar, and hit deadlines.
  • Research Skills: Able to take a complex topic and find credible sources/data to support content creation.
  • Proactive Mindset: Must be comfortable asking questions and identifying potential roadblocks early.
  • Delivery Oriented: A “get-it-done” attitude with a close attention to detail.

  • SEO Fundamentals: Understanding of keyword research, search intent, and how to write/optimise meta-descriptions and headers.
  • CMS Exposure: Experience working with Content Management systems and tools.
  • Multi-markets: Experience with localisation strategies, managing multi-lingual content and assets.
  • Health-Care industry: Previous experience handling highly regulated content.
Key Responsibilities: The “Day-to-Day”
  • End-to-End Production Support: Manage the lifecycle of content from the initial brief through to publication.
  • Multi-Project Orchestration: Simultaneously handle a diverse range of tasks and projects across different brand pillars, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • SEO Content Execution: Support our SEO strategy by ensuring all content is built to rank and convert.
  • Process Documentation: Creating and maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation for our workflows, brand guidelines, and content audits.
  • Versatile Copywriting: Produce clear, concise, and high-quality copy for various product areas (e.g., UI microcopy, help centre articles, or email notifications) as needed.
  • AI-Augmented Workflow: You must be extremely savvy with AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to brainstorm, draft, and automate repetitive tasks to increase our total output.
