HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist who will help support and develop HR processes, partner with managers, and contribute to a positive employee experience across the company.Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and team leads
  • Conduct employee 1:1s and support engagement initiatives
  • Support onboarding and probation processes
  • Identify retention risks and escalate when needed
  • Coordinate performance review cycles
  • Maintain HR and recruiting reporting
  • Collaborate with leadership on people initiatives
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in HR and/or recruitment
  • Experience in an international environment will be a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • English level: B2+/C1
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
