We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist who will help support and develop HR processes, partner with managers, and contribute to a positive employee experience across the company.Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes
- Partner closely with hiring managers and team leads
- Conduct employee 1:1s and support engagement initiatives
- Support onboarding and probation processes
- Identify retention risks and escalate when needed
- Coordinate performance review cycles
- Maintain HR and recruiting reporting
- Collaborate with leadership on people initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR and/or recruitment
- Experience in an international environment will be a plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- English level: B2+/C1
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
