This role is focused on organic content creation, with a strong emphasis on TikTok, creative storytelling, and consistent execution across multiple social platforms.The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly creative, and comfortable owning the full organic social media lifecycle.
Key Requirements – Must Have:
- Native German + native-level English (written & spoken)
- 2–3 years of experience creating social media content for brands
- Hands-on experience with organic TikTok content
- Proven ability to plan, schedule, and execute content according to a calendar
- Experience managing and publishing content across multiple social channels
- Independent, proactive, true self-starter
- Strong creative mindset and storytelling skills
- Experience using AI tools for ideation, writing, visuals, or optimisation
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Figma, or other creative/design tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, plan, and execute organic content for TikTok and other platforms
- Own the organic content calendar and ensure consistent publishing
- Develop creative formats, concepts, and content series aligned with brand tone
- Build and grow organic reach, engagement, and brand presence
- Collaborate closely with internal teams: content, marketing, product
- Continuously test, analyse, and optimise content performance
