Position Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Retention Manager to join our growing marketing team at Apomedical. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive customer retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and drive sustainable business growth. This role requires expertise in email marketing automation, customer behavior analysis, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive customer retention strategies and programs
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using Active Campaign platform
- Monitor and analyze customer retention metrics, churn rates, and lifetime value
- Track and analyze on key retention metrics (CLV, churn rate, repeat purchase rate, etc.)
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with data team to ensure proper tracking and measurement of retention initiatives
- Partner with content team to develop retention-focused marketing materials
- Collaborate with acquisition team to ensure seamless customer journey from acquisition to retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer retention, email marketing, or digital marketing
- Proven experience with Active Campaign or similar SAAS marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Experience with abandoned cart analysis and recovery strategies
- Proficiency in email marketing best practices and deliverability
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs
- Advanced knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems
- Experience with SQL, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools- Preffered
- Experience in healthcare or any other regulated industry
