We’re looking for a Content Operations Specialist to keep our content engine running smoothly and efficiently. If you’re the type who loves structured processes, thrives in CMS platforms, and knows your way around HTML, this is your playground.

This role sits at the intersection of content, tech, and operations, helping our health tech brand deliver accurate, timely, and on-brand content across multiple digital channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage our content publishing workflows across platforms
  • Implement and improve content operations processes to increase team efficiency
  • Upload, format, and QA all digital content using HTML
  • Coordinate between content, design, product, and dev teams to keep timelines on track
  • Maintain structured documentation and ensure consistent taxonomy and tagging
  • Help monitor content performance and flag opportunities for optimization

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with CMS platforms a must
  • Full professional proficiency in English German is a big plus
  • Solid HTML skills you’re comfortable editing and troubleshooting layout issues
  • Background in e-commerce or B2C environments—a big plus
  • Familiar with tools like Postmark (for email), Figma, or YouTrack—huge bonus points
  • Passion for operational excellence and a detail-driven mindset
  • Bonus: interest in health tech, and digital health platforms
