Role Overview
We’re looking for a German native UX Writer & Documentation Specialist to shape how our users experience our product, from in-app copy to help center content, and everything in between.If you’re passionate about clear communication, have a sharp editorial eye, are interested in health-tech, and know how to guide users with just the right words, this one’s for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Write and edit UX copy across our products: onboarding flows, buttons, error messages, tooltips, settings, and more.
- Create and maintain FAQs, Help Center articles, and support content in collaboration with the product and support teams
- Craft transactional emails (TRX): confirmations, reminders, updates—clear, on-brand, and user-friendly
- Enhance SEO across relevant product and support content to improve visibility and search performance
- Own product documentation: structure internal processes, write product release notes, and support knowledge management
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and support teams to ensure consistency and clarity across all touchpoints
What We’re Looking For:
- Native-level German speaker/writer – this is a must!
- Proven experience in UX writing for digital B2C products
- Strong editorial skills with a sharp eye for detail and tone
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, concise, and user-focused language
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and structured content writing
- Experience creating or managing documentation, and internal knowledge bases
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments
- Bonus: experience with CMS, Figma, and localization processes
