We are looking for a brilliant Product Guru to join our management team, someone with marketing and UX experience and with a technical background to manage and lead our product department.
The Product Manager and the product team will be responsible for various plans and activities, from ideation through execution to post analysis, utilizing the available channels and initiating new ones, and monitoring and optimizing our customer performance.
Responsibilities:
- Own web/mobile product features roadmaps from end to end.
- Ensure success and growth of the product by developing a product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management framework
- Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed MRDs, PRDs, UI/XU & flow, wireframes, define AB test and user stories, prioritize backlog and handle development/engineering.
- Manage a team of 4 product owners remotely.
- Analyze the success of the feature once it’s released to production, responsible for the usage data and patterns, and run tests to optimize & improve performance and business results
- Work closely with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Content, SEO, Design, BI/BA, etc.) to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation
- Find opportunities for key initiatives to improve the customer experience.
- Manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product marketing in the ecommerce field or B2C Industry.
- managerial experience – manage a team of 4 product owners.
- deep understanding of the customer journey and marketing (UI/UX)
- Strong analytical skills, highly capable of interpreting data, performing qualitative research, and translating results into actionable key takeaways
- Familiarity with data system concepts, databases, BI, Usability tests and market research.
- Experience in working with multiple internal partners, including product, design, content, operation, customer support.
- Technical Skills: ability to talk with R&D on technical language, understand SDLC / possible technical possibilities and limitations, experience with multi-project integrations.
- Experience with AB testing
- Goal-oriented, highly motivated, takes full ownership of projects.
- Mover & shaker, who adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to details
- Great communicator who is able to clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English)
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing and performance marketing terms.
- Russian language – is an advantage.
