Position Overview:
We are seeking an Accounting and Invoicing Specialist to independently manage our pricing and invoicing activities. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of B2C e-commerce operations and possess strong analytical and Excel skills. This role is critical for ensuring the accuracy of our invoicing system, developing pricing strategies, and maintaining financial integrity through expense validation and monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate pricing feeds for complex multi-invoice transactions within our company structure.
- Generate detailed invoices for end customers, employing specific formulas based on product types and billing countries.
- Produce transparent monthly invoicing reports and compile data for quarterly audits.
- Oversee pricing strategies, including monitoring and revising pricing to align with market conditions and strategic goals.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to verify the accuracy and consistency of invoice data.
- Ensure effective integration with “Hashavshavet” software for data automation and ensure seamless data flow.
- Maintain comprehensive records in the CRM for regular invoicing, subscriptions, discounts, refunds, and credit notes.
- Independently conduct VAT optimization and financial analysis for European markets.
- Validate and classify company expenses, ensuring compliance with financial practices and regulations, and monitor these to maintain financial efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a B2C e-commerce environment.
- Advanced Excel capabilities for handling complex financial data and analytics.
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is beneficial.
- Independent worker, capable of self-management and initiative.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
